Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our growing technology services organization delivering complex digital transformation projects for international clients. You will blend deep Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise with strong leadership to guide teams from concept to deployment.

Requirements include at least five years in a consultative role, expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate), solid SDLC understanding, and

Qualifications

• At least five years in a consultative/advisory role related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions based on accurate estimates and thorough planning.
• Strong leadership skills to guide project teams.
• Advanced level of English.
• Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct QA, testing, defect resolution, and documentation processes.
• Produce clear technical documentation for delivery workloads and handovers.
• Identify gaps in requirements and design complementary solutions.
• Implement secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
• Develop with Visual Studio and C#, leveraging Azure DevOps for backlog management and source control.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimate tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
