Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join a growing technology services organization delivering complex digital transformation projects for international clients. You will combine deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and software development with strong leadership to guide project teams and shape solution architecture from concept to deployment.

You will lead design, QA, and documentation, identify gaps, and implement secure, scalable solutions

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a consultative/advisory role for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE apps, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Strong SDLC understanding with Agile and Waterfall experience.
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and guide them.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions with accurate estimates and planning.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
QA through testing, defect resolution and documentation.
Produce clear technical documentation for delivery and handovers.
Identify gaps in requirements and design compatible solutions.
Focus on security, quality, budget, scalability, and longevity.
Develop solutions with Visual Studio and C#, leveraging Azure DevOps for backlog and source control.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and tasks with estimates.
