Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to drive digital transformation projects for international clients. You will blend deep Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise with software development skills to guide teams, shape architectures, and ensure successful deployment from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities include leading design, QA, documentation, and stakeholder communication, while guiding projects with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a consultative/advisory role for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE apps, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Solid SDLC understanding and experience with Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality solutions with accurate estimates and planning.
• Strong leadership skills to guide project teams.
• Advanced level of English.
• Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Perform QA through testing, defect resolution, and documentation.
• Produce clear technical documentation to support delivery and handovers.
• Identify gaps in customer requirements and design solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
• Implement solutions with focus on security, quality, budget, scalability, and longevity.
• Utilize programming skills in Visual Studio, C#, and related languages to develop solutions.
• Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall with Azure DevOps for backlog and source control.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, break them into tasks, and estimate throughout the lifecycle.
