Software Mind in Kraków invites a Senior Delivery Manager to orchestrate delivery of property intelligence software solutions for a major client. Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager for software development projects.
• End-to-end delivery of distributed software development projects.
• Experience in budget management and margin ownership.
• Fluent English C1.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer stakeholders and project portfolio roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Planning and managing team composition and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Coordinating cross-functional collaboration between customer and development team members to ensure alignment.
• Overseeing project scope, timelines, budget, deliverables, estimates and ensuring appropriate change management.
• Leading change, including AI SDLC adoption and adaptation.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
• Managing team objectives, performance, growth, administration; customer order, invoice preparation and reporting.
