Job summary

Autodesk Project Management in EMEA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Consulting Services for our largest customers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will oversee the Project Delivery Team and coordinate with account teams, while applying AI-enabled practices to improve planning, reporting and risk management.

This role is based near Krakow, Poland, offering hybrid work with flexibility.

Qualifications

• English and another European language required.
• 5–10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/ Consulting in IT or AEC/MFG.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles and building customer relationships.
• Structured, organized, and able to deliver against goals.
• Value processes and compliance; manage several projects in parallel.
• Comfort with change and novelty; commitment to ongoing development in PM.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, communication, or planning.
• Curiosity and willingness to apply AI literacy in a professional services setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consulting customer projects and implement Autodesk solutions.
• Collaborate with Customers and Customer Success Managers to align success plans.
• Translate project vision into clear goals for delivery teams.
• Coordinate scoping with customers and account teams.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and controls using PM software.
• Apply AI tools to improve planning, reporting, risk management, and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI across delivery while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Monitor progress to meet schedule, budget, and quality; manage risks.
• Manage external resources, contracts, delivery, and invoicing.
• Forecast project revenue and contractor service fees.
• Participate in account team meetings and client reviews.
