Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead IT/Data & AI project streams from Krakow? or Katowice in Poland, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions and actively supporting sales initiatives.

You will oversee project execution, manage teams, budgets, and client relationships, and contribute to the growth of Data & AI competencies across our center. Strong English and Polish are required, along with experience leading IT projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in IT.
• Ability to prepare offers and collaborate with sales teams.
• Experience in managing project teams, budgets, and delegating and enforcing tasks.
• Collaboration with external clients and building and maintaining business relationships.
• Very good organizational skills, proactivity, and decisiveness.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Office) and effective use of AI at work.
• Very good command of English – minimum B2 level.
• Residence in Poland and fluent knowledge of Polish.

Responsibilities

• Execution and supervision of projects in the Data & AI area.
• Independent management of commercial projects and responsibility for their financial results.
• Leading and managing project teams, ensuring their efficiency and development.
• Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Collaboration with the sales team to develop business and identify new opportunities.
• Preparing technical and commercial offers and co‑creating winning proposals for clients.
• Ensuring high quality of delivered services and managing project risks.
• Participation in initiatives developing Data & AI competencies (workshops, conferences, knowledge sharing).
