Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. in Kraków is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to anchor a follow-the-sun DevSecOps program, leading a cross-functional pod across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning.

You will drive 24-hour delivery velocity in a regulated enterprise environment and own regional escalations. You will coordinate shift hand-offs with peers across timezones, mentor engineers, and ensure the system’s security, performance, and architectural integrity with 5+ years of software

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Python.
• Experience with DevSecOps, Cloud Security, and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Technical ownership and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a localized, cross-functional pod ensuring continuous feature momentum and 24/7 delivery velocity.
• Oversee ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning.
• Act as primary escalation point for regional technical challenges and secure code reviews.
