Job summary

AML RightSource in Kraków (Poland) seeks a Senior Manager to lead AML/FC client engagements, supervise Managers and Analysts, and drive KPI/KRI reporting with a strong focus on risk management and client satisfaction.

The role requires AML subject matter expertise, project management skills, and the ability to mentor a large team while partnering with directors on strategy and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6-7 years AML/Financial Crimes experience.
• Experience leading teams of 50+ employees.
• Knowledge of AML regulations and global frameworks.
• Experience with KYC/EDD, sanctions and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day AML/FC engagements and manage risks.
• Oversee operations on financial crime engagements per SOW/contract.
• Prepare KPI/KRI reports and client dashboards.
• Mentor and coach engagement teams.
• Support business development and client meetings.
