Job summary

Elitmind is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Data/BI/AI projects for clients across Poland. You will manage scope, budget, and timeline while building strong relationships with C-level, business, and IT stakeholders.

The role blends project management, consulting, and sales support in a flexible remote or hybrid setup, with offices in Warsaw and Kraków. You will mentor teams and shape delivery standards as technologies evolve.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT, Data, Analytics or Digital Transformation project management.
• Experience delivering Data Platform, BI, AI or Cloud transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Azure ecosystem services including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Prince2 or similar delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of modern data platform architecture, cloud environments and enterprise delivery standards.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise or customer-facing tech environments.
• Strong Analytical Thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of Data/BI/AI projects end-to-end delivery.
• Building and maintaining client relationships with C-level, Business, and IT stakeholders.
• Owning project scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
• Coordinating work of consulting and expert teams (Data Engineers, BI Developers, ML Engineers, Architects).
• Identifying and managing project risks.
• Implementing and improving delivery standards, governance, and best practices.
