Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery for one or more teams within a hybrid Poland-based setup. You will own staffing, plan delivery, establish governance and drive continuous improvements with a strong emphasis on AI‑driven methods and automation.

You will interact with clients and stakeholders, translate architecture into implementation plans and coach teams to higher performance while maintaining quality and security across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with strong software engineering background and leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering teams of 5+ FTEs and managing delivery.
• Hands-on knowledge reading code and architecture of full‑stack solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of teams, owning scope, timelines, quality and outcomes.
• Set up delivery environment, tooling, CI/CD and ways of working.
• Plan, estimate, schedule delivery and track milestones with senior leadership.
• Establish team governance, reporting and escalation paths.
• Drive data-driven delivery with metrics across SDLC stages.
