Job summary

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior CRM Manager to join our Delivery team. You’ll own the CRM ecosystem, driving adoption, optimisation, and impact across product, marketing, sales, and operations to scale how we use data to support growth.

You’ll develop reporting and insights, build workflows and automations, and guide CRM streams. The role emphasizes hands-on HubSpot work, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and translate insights into actions.
• Experience in reviewing and improving business processes.
• 2+ years HubSpot hands-on experience (setup, automations, user support, optimizations).
• Tech knowledge of pipelines, data health, and configurations.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards (SQL).
• Russian language proficiency at Fluent level (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise CRM system usage across multiple teams to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights that support business growth and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and improve workflows and automation within the CRM to streamline operations.
• Develop internal reporting capabilities, reducing reliance on external tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM performance and usability.
• Support and guide different CRM streams, acting as the main point of contact for users.
