Job summary

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior CRM Manager to join our Delivery team in Warsaw. You’ll optimize CRM usage across product, marketing, pre-sales, sales, and operations to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience in business process reviews and improvements.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (2+ years): setup, automations, user support, and usage optimization.
• Technical knowledge of data pipelines, objects health, and configurations.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards (SQL knowledge).

• Manage and optimize CRM system usage across multiple teams to improve adoption and efficiency.
