Job summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to own and optimize our CRM ecosystem, driving adoption, efficiency, and impact across marketing, product, sales, and operations. You will develop reporting and data insights to support growth and strategic initiatives.

You’ll lead CRM workflows, automation, and dashboards, collaborating with multiple teams and acting as the main contact for users. Health insurance and other benefits are offered as part of a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset capable of turning data into actions.
• Experience in reviewing and improving business processes.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (setup, automations, user support).
• Experience with data health, configurations, and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM system usage across multiple teams to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights that support business growth.
• Build and improve workflows and automation within the CRM to streamline operations.
• Develop internal reporting capabilities, reducing reliance on external tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM performance and usability.
• Support and guide different CRM streams, acting as the main point of contact for users.
