Job summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Senior CRM & Email Marketing Manager to own and develop B2B CRM and email programs across the customer lifecycle in Poland. You will build scalable campaigns in HubSpot, optimize journeys, and drive lead quality and pipeline contribution.

Working with Product, Growth Marketing, and Sales, you will orchestrate segmentation, lead scoring, ABM initiatives, and deliver personalised experiences across markets while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, email, lifecycle marketing or automation, preferably B2B.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience, Enterprise level preferred.
• Experience with automated workflows, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and lead scoring.
• Understanding of Lead, MQL, SAL, nurture, attribution and Marketing-to-Sales processes.
• Knowledge of GDPR and CRM data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the CRM and email marketing strategy across the B2B customer lifecycle.
• Plan, build, and optimise email campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys in HubSpot.
• Develop audience segmentation, personalisation, and lead scoring for conversions.
• Launch targeted and ABM campaigns across products, markets, and audiences.
• Manage HubSpot Marketing Hub, workflows, CRM integrations, and data quality.
• Own email deliverability, database hygiene, and GDPR compliance.
• Track performance, run A/B tests, and optimise engagement and pipeline.
