Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced senior consultant to join our remote team in Poland. You will partner with life sciences customers to align business processes with Veeva Vault capabilities, delivering value through thoughtful design and hands-on delivery.

You will work directly with executives, manage multi-customer engagements, and guide platform evolution across Clinical, Safety, Quality, or regulatory domains. Remote role with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience.
• Experience meeting with senior management as SME.
• Ability to work independently across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive business alignment with customer stakeholders to map processes to Veeva Vault.
• Serve as a strategic advisor translating business needs into practical solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, configuration, and full lifecycle delivery.
• Guide platform evolution by evaluating new releases and features.
• Bridge communication between non-technical stakeholders and internal teams.
• Support long-term success with cross-project coordination and optimization.
• Grow the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
• Develop expertise in Clinical, Safety, Quality, or regulatory domains.
