Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced consultant to partner with life sciences customers, ensuring they realize the full value of Veeva Vault. This remote, full-time role focuses on aligning business processes with platform capabilities and delivering end-to-end solution delivery for multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in software or technology consulting, a proven track record with senior stakeholders, and strong problem-solving skills.

Formación

• 8+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience.
• Proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Business Alignment: Engage directly with customer stakeholders to align their business processes with Veeva Vault's core capabilities.
• Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solution designs while recommending industry best practices, mitigating risks, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Hands-On Solution Delivery: Lead requirements gathering, perform system configurations, and manage full-lifecycle build, test, and deployment activities.
• Guide Platform Evolution: Help customers evaluate, test, and adopt new Veeva product releases and cutting-edge features to maximize value.
• Bridge Communication Gaps: Clearly articulate complex technical and functional concepts to audiences of varying technical backgrounds, seamlessly connecting customer stakeholders with internal teams.
• Ensure Long-Term Success: Establish strategies, monitor cross-project dependencies, and proactively advise customers on ongoing optimizations.
• Foster Team Growth: Support team growth by sharing expertise, providing constructive guidance, and encouraging continuous learning across the team.
• Develop Expertise: You will be assigned to a product to build depth in Clinical, Safety, Quality, or regulatory.
