Job summary

MKS ATOTECH in Poznań is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our remote team, supporting customers across Poland with electrochemistry and chemical sales expertise.

You will drive the full sales cycle, build relationships, and collaborate with international teams in sales, logistics, R&D, and chemical operations. Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory, with travel up to 50% and a valid Category B driving license.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education preferred (Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Biotechnology).
• Prior experience in chemical sales, industrial chemicals, or laboratory work is desirable.
• Fluent Polish and English are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with existing customers and supporting them with technical and commercial solutions.
• Actively acquiring new customers across Poland.
• Analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
• Managing the full sales cycle—from initial contact and quoting to negotiation and delivery.
• Providing post-sales support and nurturing long-term partnerships.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports in our CRM system.
