Job summary

Haimer GmbH seeks a results-driven technical sales professional to promote our advanced, consultation-intensive solutions to high-end clients and distributors in Poland. You will answer technical inquiries, provide support by phone and email, and conduct trainings or visits at customer sites.

Regular travel across Poland and participation in trade shows are part of the role. After a brief training, you’ll lead your own sales territory with strong turnover potential.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education, ideally with further formation in technical engineering or machining.
• Profound expertise with tool holding and milling technology.
• Experience and success in technical sales.
• Ability to work independently, an entrepreneurial mindset and customer service orientation.
• Outgoing personality, good communication skills and a self-confident manner at the customer.
• Fluent in English written and verbal; German skills would be considered a plus.
• Openness to high volume travel throughout Poland.

Responsibilities

• Convince customers of technically advanced solutions and serve high-end clients and distributors.
• Answer technical sales inquiries and provide technical customer support by phone and email.
• Conduct trainings or visits at customers’ sites.
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions; travel regularly across Poland.
• After training, manage an independent sales territory with high turnover potential and report to the Managing Director Poland.
