Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. is hiring a Medical Representative (W/M) for a remote role covering Poznań, Gniezno, and Piła.

The position focuses on contacting physicians and pharmacists and actively promoting our medications in collaboration with healthcare professionals. You will promote products to psychiatrists, neurologists, allergists, and pulmonologists while ensuring compliance with Pharmaceutical Law.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree is required.
• Direct sales experience with documented successes is required.
• Experience promoting medications to physicians is advantageous.
• Creativity in problem-solving is expected.
• Openness to a dynamic work environment and ability to build relationships.
• Class B driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

Medical Representative (W/M)

Territory: Poznań, Gniezno, Piła

Your responsibilities:

• contacts with physicians and pharmacists and active promotion of medications,
• promoting products to psychiatrists, neurologists, allergists, and pulmonologists,
• seeking new solutions while complying with the Pharmaceutical Law,
• conducting health education and organizing product seminars,

Our requirements:

• a higher education degree,
• experience in direct sales supported by documented successes - a necessary requirement,
• experience promoting medications to physicians - including psychiatrists, neurologists, allergists, and pulmonologists - will be an additional asset,
• creativity in problem-solving,
• openness and tolerance for a highly dynamic work environment,
• ability to build relationships,
• Class B driver’s license.
