Qualifications

• Minimum B2B sales experience in engineering plastics, polymer distribution, compounding or injection moulding.
• Good knowledge of thermoplastic materials and injection moulding applications.
• Proven ability to develop new customers and grow an existing sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales of engineering plastics across northern Poland.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing injection moulding customers.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the territory.
• Understand customers’ applications, processing requirements and commercial priorities.
• Recommend suitable materials from the company’s portfolio.
• Develop projects from enquiry to production.
• Support customers during material testing and implementation.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate prices and terms.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of new projects and opportunities.
• Monitor market activity and competitor developments.
