Job summary
Randox Laboratories is seeking a Clinical Sales Executive for Warsaw, Poland, with remote/homebased setup and regular travel within the region. The role offers a base salary of 10,000–14,000 PLN gross per month, plus a company car, laptop and mobile phone, and biannual profit share based on performance.
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to develop business with current customers and win new accounts across the Polish market.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Science or Business-related discipline.
- Fluent Polish (native) and fluent English.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to meet targets.
- Full driving licence.
- Willingness to travel within the region to visit customers.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for sales and promotion of Randox Clinical products across diverse industries.
- Achieve agreed sales targets within your region.
- Develop and manage customer relationships and win new business.
- Prepare sales reports and projections; manage key accounts.
- Research market opportunities for Randox product lines; maintain product knowledge.
