- Develop a strategic growth plan for the Polish Chemicals market.
- Identify and engage new customers; convert opportunities into revenue.
- Understand chemical supply chains, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver solutions.
- Support tender management and pricing discussions for strategic deals.
