Job summary

ThoughtLabs Belgium in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to model processes, capture requirements, and support digital initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit user stories, document business needs, and translate them into actionable specs for delivery, QA, and change management.

Qualifications

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
• Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent
• or equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
