Job summary

Nord Security is hiring an AP Accountant to manage full cycle accounts payable end-to-end, including invoices, expenses, per diems, and bank postings in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure accurate postings, vendor master data, and timely reconciliations while supporting monthly and year-end close. English fluency and strong Excel skills are essential for effective financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of knowledge and experience in accounting or finance fields.
• Solid knowledge of Chart of Accounts, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, accruals, and expense coding for accurate reporting.
• Experience with Business Central (Dynamics NAV) is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including SUMIF, VLOOKUP, IF, PIVOT, data validation and formatting.

Responsibilities

• Run the full AP cycle end-to-end: purchase invoices, employee expenses, per diems, and bank postings.
• Match payments to vendors and ensure correct postings.
• Create and maintain vendor master records.
• Reconcile payables and aging entries; reconcile vendor statements.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing and accruals.
