ALSO Holding AG is seeking an AP Accountant in Poland to manage booking documents, reconciliations, and month-end close while collaborating with the group’s entities. Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (B2) is required, along with SAP expertise and strong Excel skills.

A hybrid work model is offered within a dynamic, international environment. The role involves intercompany reconciliations, VAT/CIT knowledge, and proactive communication with suppliers and colleagues to ensure accurate billing

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in finance or accounting.
• Knowledge of VAT and CIT taxes.
• Polish language at C1 and English at B2.
• Experience with SAP accounting system.
• Strong Excel skills advantageous.
• Experience in an international work environment.
• Experience with end-to-end accounting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good organization and willingness to learn.
• Teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• Booking documents, invoices, accruals, provisions.
• Reconciliation of GL accounts and intercompany accounts.
• Participates in month- and year-end closing processes.
• Cooperation with other departments and auditors.
• Analysing variance and reporting billing activities.
• Email contact with suppliers and building good relations.
• Effective communication with group companies and colleagues.
