Job summary

Jit is seeking a Senior IT Delivery / Program Manager to spearhead large-scale AI-driven modernization efforts. You will govern complex programs, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business goals across architecture, SMEs, and executives.

You will deliver structured roadmaps, maintain governance, and drive successful outcomes while communicating clearly with senior stakeholders and steering committees.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading AI-driven application modernization programs.
• Experience leading complex IT programs and transformation initiatives (min. 5 years).
• Strong governance design and multi-level stakeholder engagement.
• Experience facilitating Steering Committees with senior leadership.
• Ability to scope, govern, and drive delivery from planning to execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
• Excellent financial management and resource planning capabilities.
• Analytical ability to transform complex information into actions.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Positive, proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery activities including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, budgets.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks and issues for successful execution.
• Uphold project management discipline and delivery governance practices.
• Coordinate across engineering teams, architects, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Translate strategic goals into structured, executable delivery roadmaps.
• Establish governance structures including Steering Committee meetings.
• Drive accountability, transparency, and effective communication across participants.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and status updates.
