Job summary

Jit Team in Poland seeks a Senior IT Delivery / Program Manager to lead large-scale AI-driven modernization programs. You will govern complex programs, coordinate engineering teams and business stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence with strong governance structures.

You will interact with senior leadership, manage risks, budgets, and roadmaps, and report progress with executive stakeholders. Hybrid work from multiple cities is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading AI-driven modernization programs.
• Min. 5 years of experience in leading complex IT programs and transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and engaging senior leadership.
• Ability to deliver from planning through execution with strong stakeholder management.
• Advanced English communications; able to produce executive-level reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery timelines, resources, risks, budgets and financials.
• Monitor progress, identify and escalate risks for successful execution.
• Uphold project management discipline and delivery governance.
• Coordinate across engineering teams, architects, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into executable delivery roadmaps and governance.
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Drive accountability, transparency and clear communications across participants.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and status updates.
