Job summary

DCG is seeking an experienced IT programme manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale delivery initiatives, with a focus on AI-driven modernization projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define governance, and drive delivery discipline across multiple workstreams.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and excellent English communication, with oversight of timelines, budgets, and risk management in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT programme/project management experience.
• Experience leading AI-driven application modernization initiatives (code conversion, automated refactoring, remediation).
• Experience end-to-end delivery management including timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and budgets.
• Experience defining and maintaining programme governance structures.
• Experience facilitating Steering Committees and senior stakeholder meetings.
• Ability to translate high-level objectives into clear delivery plans.
• Strong experience coordinating across engineering, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior-level stakeholders.
• Financial and resource management within complex programmes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and financials.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure timely escalation and mitigation to support predictable programme execution.
• Translate high-level objectives and roadmaps into clear and executable delivery plans.
• Establish and maintain effective programme governance and delivery standards.
• Coordinate activities across engineering teams, architects, subject matter experts, data teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, delivery priorities, and technical direction.
• Facilitate Steering Committees and senior-level governance meetings.
• Drive accountability and strong delivery discipline across programme workstreams.
• Provide clear reporting on delivery status, risks, dependencies, resources, and financials.
