Job summary

Revenue.AI is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end AI-driven transformation projects for enterprise clients. The role emphasizes ownership of delivery, product decisions, and automation of operational layers while maintaining close client relationships.

You will work with cutting-edge AI technologies, drive discovery, shape backlogs, and guide teams in Agile practices within a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technology delivery teams focused on AI, chatbot development, BI, and/or data science projects.
• Hands-on use of AI in your own work, with demonstrated automations built.
• Ability to explain product prioritization decisions and roadmap trade-offs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with external clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external clients and internal teams to drive AI-powered transformation projects.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven analytics, automation, and data solutions across client environments.
• Own the product layer: discovery, backlog shaping, and prioritization based on real user signals.
• Automate reporting, governance, and workflows to reduce manual work for the team.
• Define project goals with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Guide teams in adopting Agile practices and manage end-to-end technology delivery.
