Job summary

Software Mind is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to orchestrate the delivery of property intelligence software solutions for a key client. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage roadmaps, budgets and risk in a regulated environment with emphasis on compliance and security.

You will coordinate stakeholders, plan resources across multiple projects, and drive AI SDLC adoption while maintaining a collaborative, high-performing culture in a remote, international project context.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager for software development projects.
• Proven track record managing distributed software development projects end-to-end.
• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in project budget management and margin ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to negotiate and influence without formal authority.
• Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and roadmap development across teams.
• Sound understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle in complex delivery environments.
• Fluent English C1 – both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer stakeholders and project portfolio roadmap aligned with business priorities and constraints.
• Planning and managing team composition and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Coordinating cross-functional collaboration between customer and development teams.
• Overseeing project scope, timelines, budget, deliverables, estimates and change management.
• Building a healthy team culture through coaching, mentorship and shielding the team from blockers.
• Leading change, including AI SDLC adoption and adaptation.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies and blockers proactively.
• Managing team objectives, performance, administration; customer order, invoice and reporting.
