Job summary

Engenious is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic AI transformation within its cybersecurity organization. You will drive large, cross-functional programs from vision to execution, navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and maintain momentum across workstreams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in cybersecurity project/program management, deep technical grounding, and a solid understanding of AI implications for governance, risk, and security operations.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of program or project management experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven track record leading large, enterprise-wide programs.
• Strong technical acumen enabling rapid understanding of new security tech.
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity ecosystems and frameworks such as NIST.
• High-level knowledge of AI/GenAI and implications for security and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional cybersecurity AI program from strategy through execution.
• Coordinate multiple project streams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
• Translate strategic objectives into deliverable outcomes with various teams.
• Drive governance, reporting, decisions, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and aligned with security objectives.
• Shape adoption, governance, and operation of AI capabilities in cybersecurity.
