Job summary

Revenue.AI is seeking an AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI transformation and delivery for clients. You will collaborate with external clients and internal teams to implement AI-driven analytics, automation, and data solutions.

The role requires a technical background, strong Agile experience, and excellent communication in a fast-paced startup environment. A hybrid work setup with one day in the office is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI, data science, or ML projects in client-facing environments.
• Proficient with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience with SAFe is a plus.
• Fluency in Jira for project management.
• Hands-on experience with AI systems (LLMs, chatbots, analytics).
• Educational or professional background in CS/engineering/datascience preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external clients and internal teams.
• Lead end-to-end AI transformation and delivery of AI-powered analytics, automation, and data solutions.
• Define project goals with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Lead daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Promote Agile practices across teams and projects.
• Oversee end-to-end technology delivery of data analytics projects.
• Implement best practices for delivery, transparency, and quality.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and maintain documentation.
• Automate reporting and governance using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
