Job summary

A leading tech company in Warsaw is seeking a Scrum Master with strong delivery coordination experience to join a large-scale Data Centre Migration programme. The role combines Agile facilitation with delivery ownership, ensuring structured delivery in a complex environment. Key responsibilities include coaching teams in Agile practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and managing risks. The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Delivery Manager, with strong facilitation and Jira skills. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Scrum Master (partially Delivery Manager)

We are looking for a Scrum Master with strong deliverycoordination experience to join a large-scale Data Centre Migration programme.The role combines Agile team facilitation with ownership of a definedworkstream, ensuring structured, predictable delivery within a complexenterprise transformation environment. This is not a pureScrum role. It requires a balance of Agile coaching, delivery control, riskmanagement, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning,refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify and remove blockers impacting team productivity anddelivery
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuousimprovement
• Ensure accurate and transparent tracking of work in Jira
• Support a culture of accountability, quality, and deliverydiscipline
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Managers, and ProjectManagers
• Define and align deployment timelines for releases within theprogramme
• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies across the deliverystream
• Coordinate and monitor the schedule of the assigned migrationworkstream
• Support Agilegovernance and delivery standards across the organisation
  

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 3–4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager and/or Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks such as Kanban and SAFe
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively with development teams and businessstakeholders
• Experience identifying risks and driving mitigation actions
• Willingness to workonsite

Nice to have

• Scrum certifications such as PSM or CSM
• Experience in infrastructure, migration, ortransformation programmes
• Experience working with Release Managers and PIplanning structures
• Exposureto enterprise Agile governance and reporting
