Job summary

DCG Poland, a recruitment company, seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to drive Scrum practices, PI planning and cross-team alignment in a technology-driven environment.

You will coach teams, optimize flow, and lead strategic initiatives across delivery lifecycles while partnering with stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time, quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager or Execution Leader in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
• Understanding of API-based architectures, cloud technologies, infrastructure concepts, DevOps and modern software development practices.
• Ability to engage effectively with architects, engineers and business stakeholders without requiring hands-on technical expertise.
• Proven interest in AI-driven ways of working and ability to drive adoption of AI, automation and productivity-enhancing solutions.
• Understanding of Open Banking, digital platforms or financial services technology ecosystems.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and continuously improve Agile ways of working using Scrum and SAFe practices.
• Organize and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, backlog refinement sessions and PI Planning.
• Coach team members, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles, flow optimization and value-driven delivery.
• Foster a high-performing, self-organizing and cross-functional team culture focused on collaboration, accountability and transparency.
• Monitor and improve team health, engagement, predictability, quality and delivery performance.
• Lead strategic initiatives, epics, features and cross-team deliveries throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Create and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependency tracking and risk management mechanisms.
• Drive execution by removing blockers, coordinating issue resolution, escalating risks and supporting decision-making.
• Coordinate deliveries across teams, vendors, business stakeholders and technology organizations.
• Ensure alignment with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, governance requirements and funding constraints.
• Maintain visibility of delivery progress and drive actions required to achieve business outcomes.
• Identify and drive AI opportunities that improve productivity, quality, speed and operational efficiency.
• Define, prioritize and support implementation of AI and automation use cases across delivery activities.
• Promote an AI-first mindset across the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Leverage AI to improve planning, backlog management, documentation, testing, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Encourage continuous improvement and exploration of AI-driven ways to accelerate value delivery.
