Job summary

RED GLOBAL TRANSPORTES is seeking an experienced IT Network Security Scrum Master for a remote 3-month engagement starting in October. You will drive five streams, oversee sprint planning, and promote Agile practices across international teams.

Strong communication with clients and vendors, plus risk escalation, are essential. Requirements include proven Scrum Master expertise, long-term Agile project history, and JIRA proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as SCRUM Master on IT projects with Agile.
• Long-term Agile project experience in cross-functional teams.
• Projects in Infrastructure/Network/Security preferred.
• Experience in international European projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for five streams and drive agile delivery.
• Support customer in using agile mode across services.
• Set up quarterly sprint plans and execute biweekly sprints.
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements.

Job description

SCRUM Master (Network Security) - 3+ months - Remote - Start October

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced IT Network Security Project Manager. Your main task is to support the client in a Network detection and response project which will start with the assessment phase in October. You will be driving daily project activities, give status updates and manage progress and completion of the plan.

Tasks:

• Act as Scrum Master for 5 different streams
• Support customer in using agile mode in services
• Set up quarterly project sprint plans
• Plan and execute sprints every 2 weeks
• Streamline and push processes
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in current delivery frameworks
• Proactively manage communication with internal teams, clients and external vendors, resolving blockers and escalating risks as needed
• Drive agile transformation across the business
• Stakeholder Management

Requirements:

• Strong project experience as SCRUM Master
• Long-term project experience with agile methodology
• Project experience in Infrastructure, Network and/or Security projects
• JIRA experience
• Project experience with "product release approach" / product development
• Project experience in international projects for European businesses
• Experience in the manufacturing industry - preferred
• Fluency in English

Project details:

• Start: October
• Duration: 3 months (+ option to extend)
• Workload: 5 days per week
• Location: Remote - Candidates from Eastern Europe preferred (some limited travel one a quarter to Germany or Poland may be required)
