A leading tech company in Warsaw is seeking a Scrum Master with strong delivery coordination experience to join a large-scale Data Centre Migration programme. The role combines Agile facilitation with delivery ownership, ensuring structured delivery in a complex environment. Key responsibilities include coaching teams in Agile practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and managing risks. The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Delivery Manager, with strong facilitation and Jira skills. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3–4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Identify and remove blockers impacting team productivity.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
