Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a multinational IT environment. The role is remote within the EU and involves collaborating with a major IT team to drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement.

You will organize ceremonies, coach the team and Product Owner, and ensure delivery progress with data‑driven insights. Strong English and SAFe/Kanban familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

University Degree and 8+ years IT experience.
Experience as Scrum Master at SM2 level or above.
Led 2 production teams through full sprint cycles.
Data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience with Scrum-of-Scrums or PI Planning.
Knowledge of Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto.
Strong facilitation and change management skills.
Ability to build and interpret Agile dashboards.

Responsibilities

Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
Collaborate with Product Owner to groom the backlog.
Coach team on empiricism and incremental delivery.
Track flow metrics and support data‑driven improvement.
Promote agile practices and remove impediments.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders.
