Job summary

Seargin Ltd in Katowice, Poland, seeks an experienced Scrum Master to support engineering teams in adopting Agile at scale. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and help remove blockers across programs.

Ideal candidates have SAFe knowledge, strong coaching skills, and a proven ability to drive process improvements while aligning stakeholders to project goals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in engineering environments, preferably firmware/embedded hardware.
• Working knowledge of SAFe and supporting teams in scaled Agile environments.
• Ability to influence, coach, and empower teams beyond facilitating ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in improving collaboration, effectiveness, and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Experience At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with flexibility for candidates demonstrating strong relevant potential.
• Experience in engineering environments, ideally involving firmware, embedded software, or hardware development.

  • Working knowledge of SAFe and experience supporting teams in scaled Agile environments.
