Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Scrum Master to join a global leader in high-tech and consumer electronics.

You will bridge development and business stakeholders, coaching multiple Scrum and Kanban teams toward self-organization while also delivering projects and managing budgets in a fast-paced, international environment. You will lead Agile ceremonies, mentor teams, own end-to-end delivery, and drive continuous improvement using metrics.

Qualifications

• Deep passion for Agile values and practices with hands-on delivery in an IT team.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects and managing business budgets.
• Excellent communication to align global stakeholders and co-sourced teams.
• Strong familiarity with Agile tooling and ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Active Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM) is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master for one of our clients, a global leader in the high-tech and consumer electronics industry. This role sits within a growing Agile Delivery team comprising both development and operations functions. You will act as the crucial bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, coaching multiple Scrum and Kanban teams toward self-organization, while also taking hands-on responsibility for project delivery and budgets in a fast-paced, international environment.

What will your tasks involve?

• Agile Leadership: Act as a servant leader and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), ensuring best practice techniques are followed to maximize delivery.

• Coaching & Mentoring: Increase Agile knowledge across the organization, challenging business stakeholders to look at products in an evolutionary manner.

• Project & Budget Management: Take ownership of full end-to-end project delivery, including initiating and planning phases, as well as managing project budgets.

• Performance Metrics: Produce and analyze relevant metrics to measure progress against product goals, project development, and team performance.

• Process Improvement: Identify blockers, propose new ways of working, and produce an environment of continuous change and improvement for the delivery team.

What we expect from you?

• Agile Expertise: Deep passion for and knowledge of Agile values and practices, backed by practical experience delivering within an agile IT team.

• Delivery Ownership: Proven experience in managing end-to-end projects and business budgets, seamlessly blending Scrum Master and Delivery Manager duties.

• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and trust-building skills, with a track record of handling conflicting demands from global stakeholders and co-sourced teams.

• Technical Tools: Strong competence with Agile tooling, specifically Jira and Confluence.

• Nice to Have: An active Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM) and a background or keen interest in Digital Marketing solutions.
