Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Lead to co-create strategic roadmaps and drive data-driven products. You will own end-to-end delivery, partner with engineering, analytics, and AI teams, and ensure value realization while balancing risk and quality.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across global stakeholders, shape data-driven strategies, and manage agile delivery to achieve measurable outcomes in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience owning complex digital products with accountability for outcomes and long-term success.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business value through prioritization and MVP thinking.
• Practical understanding of advanced analytics, ML, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions.
• Experience designing, shaping, and delivering data products or data-driven capabilities.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and support decision-making.
• Experience managing complex stakeholders across global organizations.
• Solid knowledge of Agile product delivery and backlog prioritization.
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, analytics, data, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-create product goals, business outcomes, success measures, and epics with stakeholders while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Requirement Discovery & Problem Framing
  • Challenge assumptions, clarify business needs, and define problems before selecting solution approaches and delivery priorities.
• Roadmap & Product Planning
  • Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, product increments, features, and user stories that maximize value delivery.
• Backlog Ownership & Prioritization
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, dependencies, learning opportunities, risks, and delivery capacity.
• Identify and shape technical solutions that address business challenges while balancing scalability, usability, and long-term sustainability.
• Partner with Data Office, engineering, analytics, and AI experts to define data, model, integration, and evaluation requirements.
• Product Delivery & Adoption
  • Drive initiatives from discovery and experimentation through implementation, adoption, and realization of measurable business value.
• Governance & Risk Management
  • Make informed product decisions regarding quality, privacy, governance, compliance, operational sustainability, and solution limitations.
• Lead delivery together with Scrum Masters and development teams, ensuring clear ownership of product decisions and priorities.
