DCG is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile software delivery across multiple projects in Poland. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

You should have at least 5 years of Scrum Master experience, strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban/Lean, hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps or Confluence, and fluent English. This role offers private medical care and dedicated consultant support.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery processes.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional technology teams: developers, architects, testers.
• Ability to identify and remove delivery impediments and manage dependencies.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Support release planning and governance reporting.
• Foster continuous improvement and DevOps practices.
• Drive risk mitigation and delivery actions across teams.
• Contribute to organizational Agile transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and PI/Sprint-related activities
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, continuous improvement, and value-driven delivery
• Drive transparency of team progress, risks, impediments, dependencies, and delivery commitments
• Remove delivery obstacles and coordinate resolution of cross-team dependencies
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritization, and planning
• Monitor and improve Agile metrics including velocity, predictability, lead time, cycle time, and delivery quality
• Facilitate collaboration across business stakeholders, architects, operations, vendors, and development teams
• Support release planning, governance activities, and management reporting
• Promote continuous improvement, accountability, quality, and operational excellence
• Support adoption and maturity of Agile and DevOps practices
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and follow-up of delivery actions
• Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery processes
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile methodologies
• Practical experience working with cross-functional technology teams including developers, architects, testers, and infrastructure specialists
• Ability to identify and remove delivery impediments
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar
• Practical experience tracking and reporting Agile metrics and delivery KPIs
• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders in Agile practices and continuous improvement
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English, both verbal and written

Nice to have:

• Certification such as CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or similar
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably financial services or regulated industries
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and platform engineering concepts
• Experience working with distributed and geographically dispersed teams
• Understanding of IT governance, operational risk, compliance, and security requirements
• Experience supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) or large-scale Agile frameworks such as SAFe
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, GCP and modern software engineering practices
• Experience facilitating workshops, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience working with Data, Analytics, Platform, or Infrastructure teams
