Job summary

SD Worx Poland is seeking an experienced SAP PY Consultant to join the SAP Application Management Services team. You will support, maintain, and enhance SAP HR and payroll solutions, delivering high-quality service and complying with local regulations.

You will be the SAP Payroll SME, bridging HR knowledge with technical capabilities. You will deliver L2/L3 support, work with global teams, and help ensure system stability and performance across SAP HCM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Admin, HR or related field.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Experienced in SAP HR / HCM / Payroll processes.
• Good understanding of payroll regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support within SAP AMS scope (incidents, service requests, changes).
• Configure and maintain SAP HR / Payroll / SuccessFactors systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality customer support for SAP HCM.
• Analyze business requirements, design tailored solutions, configure and troubleshoot SAP HCM solutions.
• Provide remote guidance to customers, leveraging SAP Best Practices.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and conduct end-user trainings.
• Perform feasibility studies and reviews to ensure optimal system performance.
• Work with global teams and technical experts.
• Support CDL in meeting SLA and service quality targets.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP PY Consultant to join our SAP Application Management Services (AMS) team.

In this role, you will support, maintain, and enhance SAP HR and payroll solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with local regulations. You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, contributing to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of payroll systems.

As part of an AMS squad, you will deliver L2/L3 support and act as a subject matter expert in SAP Payroll, combining strong HR knowledge with technical capabilities, including integrations and system extensions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support within AMS scope (incidents, service requests, and changes)
• Configure and maintain SAP HR / Payroll / SuccessFactors systems
• Collaborate with diverse teams and work independently to deliver exceptional customer support for SAP HCM solution
• Analyse business requirements, design tailored solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot SAP HCM solutions
• Provide remote guidance to customers, leveraging SAP Best Practices and offering both operational and technical assistance.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and conduct training workshops for end-users.
• Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with client needs.
• Work closely with global teams and technical experts
• Support the Customer Delivery Lead (CDL) in meeting SLA and service quality targets

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, or a related field
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Experienced in SAP HR / HCM / Payroll processes
• Good understanding of payroll regulations
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Key Advantages

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience with P2P integration processes and configuration (e.g., cross-module integrations, data flows)
• ABAP programming skills (debugging, enhancements, basic development)
• Experience working in an AMS / support environment (L2/L3)
• Understanding of SLA/KPI management and financial tracking
