Job summary

SD Worx Poland is seeking an experienced SAP PY Consultant to join the SAP Application Management Services team. You will support, maintain, and enhance SAP HR and payroll solutions, delivering high-quality service and complying with local regulations.

You will be the SAP Payroll SME, bridging HR knowledge with technical capabilities. You will deliver L2/L3 support, work with global teams, and help ensure system stability and performance across SAP HCM solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Admin, HR or related field.
Fluent in Polish and English.
Experienced in SAP HR / HCM / Payroll processes.
Good understanding of payroll regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support within SAP AMS scope (incidents, service requests, changes).
Configure and maintain SAP HR / Payroll / SuccessFactors systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality customer support for SAP HCM.
Analyze business requirements, design tailored solutions, configure and troubleshoot SAP HCM solutions.
Provide remote guidance to customers, leveraging SAP Best Practices.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and conduct end-user trainings.
Perform feasibility studies and reviews to ensure optimal system performance.
Work with global teams and technical experts.
Support CDL in meeting SLA and service quality targets.
