Job summary

SD Worx Poland is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, enhancing clients’ HR processes and delivering value across their HR journey.

You will act as the liaison between customers, product management, and application management, guiding workshops, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer. The role offers flexible hours and remote work options, with strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Led at least one end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Compensation; other modules a plus.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Report Story is a strong advantage.
• Polish and English proficiency enabling fluent communication (minimum B2 level).

Responsibilities

• Implement innovative, robust SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in the compensation module.
• Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations while staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap.
• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and align with solution functionality.
• Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice for successful implementations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client key users.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to customer and maintenance teams for ongoing support.
• Collaborate with SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.

About the role:

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions with the aim of improving our customers' HR processes. You will also act as a contact person between customers, product management and application management.

• Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in the compensation module


• Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.


• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality


• Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations


• Facilitate workshops, training sessions of client’s key users


• Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support


• Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation

What do you have to offer?

• Several years of experience in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions


• Having led at least one end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Compensation solutions. Another modules would be considered a plus


• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Report Story would be considered a strong advantage


• Polish and English proficiency enabling fluent communication (minimum B2 level)


• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate the requirements of specialist departments into technical solutions


• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork, commitment and customer orientation


• Knowledge of HR business processes


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
