SD Worx is seeking an experienced SAP PY Consultant to join our SAP AMS team. You will support, maintain, and enhance SAP HR and payroll solutions, delivering L2/L3 support and acting as a subject matter expert in SAP Payroll.

You will work with global teams, configure SAP HR/Payroll, and ensure compliance with local regulations while providing strong customer support and training to end-users.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, HR, or related field.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Experience with SAP HR/HCM/Payroll processes.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 SAP AMS support and service requests.
• Configure and maintain SAP HR/Payroll/SuccessFactors systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service.
• Analyze requirements and design tailored SAP HCM solutions.
• Guide customers remotely with SAP Best Practices.
