Job summary

SD Worx, a leading European payroll and HR services provider, is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions for improving HR processes across clients. You will serve as a liaison between customers, product management and application management.

The role demands extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Compensation/Employee Central, and strong Polish and English skills to communicate with multinational teams.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Led at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Compensation implementation.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Report Story would be a strong advantage.
• Fluent Polish and English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Strong communication and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions with compensation module expertise.
• Guide clients on SAP best practices and SuccessFactors roadmap.
• Conduct client process walkthroughs to align HR processes with solution functionality.
• Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices.
