Sii Poland is looking for a Salesforce-focused business and system analyst to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. You will work with clients across industries, stakeholders, and technical teams to design, document, and implement analytics-driven Salesforce projects.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business or system analysis within Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and its standard functionalities.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into specific solutions.
• Basic knowledge of system integration and REST API.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Good command of Polish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions in Salesforce
• Analyzing and modeling business processes and designing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Preparing analytical and functional documentation
• Participating in workshops and preparing training materials
• Recommending solutions based on standard Salesforce functionalities or dedicated solutions
• Coordinating UAT testing
