Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced Salesforce systems analyst to join a strategic CRM program for the banking sector. You will analyze and design Salesforce-based solutions supporting corporate banking processes, collaborating with technical teams and business representatives.

This role offers remote work with potential collaboration with on-site teams in Kraków. A strong background (3+ years) in Salesforce, data integration, and fluent Polish/English is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a systems analyst or Salesforce consultant.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and standard CRM functionalities.
• Experience in designing business-technical solutions.
• Experience with REST API and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions.
• Design solutions using a 'standard first' approach and justify custom options if needed.
• Prepare analytical, functional, and technical documentation with design justifications.
• Model business processes, architecture, data models, and integration flows.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, Product Owners, and business representatives.
• Participate in analytical workshops and define functional requirements.
• Create process diagrams and integration designs between Salesforce and external systems.
