Sii Poland in Kraków is seeking a Salesforce business/system analyst to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with clients and technical teams to analyze processes, design effective solutions, and prepare clear documentation.

The role offers an international project environment, opportunities for certification, and development through diverse projects within a leading services company.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business or system analysis within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and its standard functionalities.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into specific solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions in Salesforce.
• Analyzing and modeling business processes and designing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Preparing analytical and functional documentation.
• Participating in workshops and preparing training materials.
• Recommending solutions based on standard Salesforce functionalities or dedicated solutions.
• Coordinating UAT testing.
