Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business/Systems Analyst to join our team. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to capture requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and drive successful delivery on diverse projects.

In an international environment, you will develop documentation, participate in workshops, and support UAT. English and Polish language skills are required, and Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business or system analysis within Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce functionalities and REST API basics.
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and document them.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsabilités

• Gather business requirements and translate into Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze and model business processes; design client-focused solutions.
• Prepare analytical and functional documentation.
• Participate in workshops and prepare training materials.
• Recommend standard Salesforce solutions or custom options.
• Coordinate UAT testing.
